"David Goldsmith gave us so many practical ideas that he could have charged us a million dollars and it would have been worth it!"
John Labrie, CEO & President - Conway Freight (XPO)

The keynote sets the tone for an entire event, and the speaker's role is to deliver content that inspires, honors the theme/purpose of the event, and resonates with the audience through its tone and content.

Like half- and full-day programming, breakout sessions allow for more and/or greater depth of content. They are often interactive depending on the needs or preferences of the buyer and audience.

Virtual speaking services are creative, flexible, and value-added programming options that range from Q & A sessions, pre-recorded or live content, keynote delivery, and more.

Upon exiting a full-day program, participants should fee exhilarated that they learned a great deal, enjoyed the time invested in learning, and have the practical takeaways and accompany knowledge to immediate produce transformation.

Panel discussions require the coming together of various skills: timing, expertise, strong communication skills, the ability to engage to pique and keep interest, and the flexibility and insight to change direction, slow down, modify, or accelerate the flow of information to meet the needs of the audience.

Half-day programming gives groups the ability to drill down on a single topic and/or integrate more than one topic to address the needs of the group or organization.

Audience size is nearly as important as audience demographics when determining content and how it should be delivered.

A strong facilitator goes well beyond managing interactions and should amalgamate content, summarize and clarify for different learning preferences, and assist in generating new knowledge when the opportunity for such is present.
